Fertilizer:
Fertilizer will be applied to your lawn during each of our four service visits. The final application is a winterizer fertilizer designed to help your grass store nutrients and prepare for winter dormancy.
Pre-Emergent Weed Control:
Pre-emergent treatments are applied to help prevent new weeds from germinating and growing in your lawn.
Post-Emergent Weed Control:
Post-emergent treatments are used to target and control weeds that may appear despite the pre-emergent protection.
Core Aeration
Aerate your lawn annually to promote stronger, healthier grass.
We use professional equipment to remove small plugs of soil from your lawn. These holes relieve compaction and allow water, nutrients, and air to reach the roots, promoting stronger growth. The soil cores naturally break down and help reduce thatch. Aeration is most beneficial for dense, well-maintained lawns.

Our five-step treatment plan combines both pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control along with fertilizer applications to help maintain a healthy, weed-free lawn. For pre-emergent control, we use a slow-release granular treatment designed to provide long-lasting protection against new weeds. When it comes to post-emergent control, our fast-acting liquid treatment targets existing weeds quickly, delivering visible results and helping restore the beauty of your property.
